The Brazilian singer Christiane Ruvenal and the guitar player and singer Antonio Koudele invite you on a musical journey across Brazil telling the exciting story of the evolution of the Bossa Nova, with amusing anecdotes about the Bossa Nova’s infancy adding spice. Christiane Ruvenal’s musical career began at the age of 15 in Salvador de Bahia in north-eastern Brazil. In Germany since 2007, she has used her voice in countless concerts to enthuse her audience and carry a heart-warming message about the Brazilian culture, joie de vivre and passion. Every music style existing in Brazil is part of her repertoire. Together with Antonio Koudele who has thrilled audiences since the 1990s with his ‘Grupo de Bossa Nova’ and ‘Harp Guitar Goes Brazil’ this duo is a perfect representation of the authentic Bossa Nova.
